Introducing the Inflatable Safe-T-Sponge
This item replaces inflatable bladders.
FOR TESTING ONLY
PRE-PRODUCTION Inflatable Safe-T-Sponge®
Instructions
1. Please review all Safe-T-Sponge® Instructions before reviewing
Inflatable instructions.
2. Inspect the product before, during, and after use. Worn out parts
should be accounted for and replaced.
3. Place the plug in the tube or opening with laminate side and
rope up.
4. Attach your air system to the Schrader valve atop the Inflatable. - DO NOT inflate outside of tube or opening. Inflation
outside does not guarantee the integrity of the inflatable. - You can choose to either use or remove the air hose you
received with the Inflatable depending on your application.
5. The Inflatable should be filled to the PSI displayed on the label to
ensure a good hold inside the opening. A blow-off valve is
equipped to keep the inflatable from overinflating.
6. Any loose or leaking fitting should be addressed before
continuous use. A simple push or pull may be enough to get a
good seal on some of the quick-connect fittings.
7. For long term use, removing the quick-connect hose from the
top is advised.
8. Deflate before removing the Inflatable from the tube or opening.
Simply depressing the Valve core inside the Schrader fitting will
release the pressurized air.
9. Do not exceed 85°C/185°F
